Manduka Shala Yoga Rug

The Manduka Shala Yoga Rug is a premium rug in woven recycled cotton, made for practice in the studio, outdoors and on the road.

Its soft, breathable fabric surface gives practice a more natural, grounded feel, particularly in flow and meditation.

The Shala Rug folds down easily for travel, so it works at the beach, in the garden, on retreat, or layered over your mat.

An ideal choice for anyone drawn to a traditional feel in their practice, with a modern Manduka touch.
