Opinel N°06 Carbon Steel Folding Knife - Pisau Lipat Outdoor

The No.06 folding knife is lightweight and just the right size for tossing into your bag or pocket, so you're never without an Opinel! Whether you're opening packages, or having an impromptu picnic in the park, you'll be glad to have this folding knife close at hand. This size features the Virobloc safety ring.

BLADE - CARBON STEEL
Blade length : 7 cm
Our carbon steel is extremely hard, thereby guaranteeing excellent cutting quality, good wear resistance and easy regrinding. Carbon can corrode easily. We advise you to avoid damp locations and to wipe and grease the blade after use.

HANDLE
Beech is the most commonly used wood for the manufacture of Opinel handles. From France, our beech is hard, durable and easy to work. With a homogeneous appearance, its light color varies from yellow to pink. It is characterized by the presence of numerous small dark dashes.

SAFETY RING
Invented by Marcel Opinel in 1955, the Virobloc safety ring is fitted to all folding knives from the N 06. Cut out of stainless steel, the Virobloc has two sections, one fixed and one sliding. In addition to locking the blade open (safety in use), it is now possible to lock the blade closed (safety in transport).
