Opinel No.08 Workshop Collection - Pisau Lipat Stainless Steel

Looking for a way to limit the waste of expensive ebony, the Workshop knife was born! This handle allows us to recover the wood that would have otherwise been scrapped. The result is a mix of walnut and ebony with two veneers bringing these two species together. A 30 cut is made at the heel, then the walnut and ebony are assembled, glued and pressed.
